Cut surface reveals a light homogeneous interior with ~500 \u00b5m plagioclase and pyroxene grains.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MBNormal\"><strong>Petrography:<\/strong> ( J. Gattacc<i>eca, CEREGE<\/i>) Igneous rock with subophitic texture. Main minerals are pyroxene (with both fine- and large-scale exsolutions) and plagioclase, with typical grain size 400 \u00b5m. Other minerals: chromite, ilmenite, metal, troilite, silica.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MBNormal\"><strong>Geochemistry<\/strong>: Low-Ca pyroxene Fs<sub>58.0\u00b12.8<\/sub>Wo<sub>6.0\u00b13.3 <\/sub>(n=6), Ca-pyroxene exsolutions Fs<sub>26.2<\/sub>Wo<sub>44.5 <\/sub>(n=2), FeO\/MnO 31.2\u00b11.9 (n=8).
