Rbat Sbayta 002 is a lunar meteorite discovered in 2016 in Morocco in the Western Sahara.
It has been classified as Lunar (feldspathic breccia).
It is composed of angular mineral clasts of anorthite, orthopyroxene, olivine, pigeonite, ilmenite, chromite, fayalite and Ti-chromite in a fine-grained, partially vesicular matrix, as well as troilite and barite.
About fifteen years ago, lunar meteorites were sold for almost 1000 euros per gram!
